SWEEPSTAKES terms & conditions

No purchase necessary.  Participants must be 21 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States.  Employees and their immediate family and household members of Ask Me About, LLC, Destination I Do and Palladium Hotels & Resorts are not eligible.  To enter, contestants must submit an official entry online or via USPS – simply download the entry form, complete the information requested and mail to the address indicated.  Sweepstakes runs from September 1, 2009 thru February 5, 2010.  All entries must be received by February 5, 2010.  All entries become the property of Ask Me About, LLC.  Only 1 entry per person will be accepted.  A random drawing will be held on February 12, 2010 and winner will be notified via the email address provided.  Prize must be claimed within 5 days of notification.  Failure to claim the prize will result in an alternate winner being selected.  Once the prize has been claimed, the winner will be provided with an official travel certificate that must be completed and mailed to our office for further processing. 

Winner will receive a 5-night/6-day honeymoon (land only – air fare not included) at a Palladium Resort of choice in Mexico (Riviera Maya or Puerto Vallarta), Jamaica or the Dominican Republic, as well as the standard wedding package available at the resort of choice.  Winner will be accommodated in a run-of-house room category.  Prize is non-transferable or redeemable for cash.  Travel arrangements should be requested at least 90 days prior to desired date of travel.  Confirmation is based on space availability and black-out dates apply around all major holidays.  All incidental charges are not included and are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.  Prize package is valid for one (1) year from the drawing date (expires: February 12, 2011).
